In-Home Medical and Skilled Nursing Care

Receiving skilled nursing and medical care in the comfort of your own home can make a significant difference. Our in-home medical services provide the same high level of care you would expect from a hospital or doctor’s office, while allowing you and your loved one to remain in a familiar and comfortable environment—without the stress of traveling for appointments.

In-Home Nursing Care and Medical Support

In-home medical care allows families to stay actively involved in their loved one’s treatment while reducing the need for frequent hospital or doctor’s office visits. Whether your loved one is recovering from surgery or hospitalization and needs transitional care, or requires ongoing long-term treatment, our trained medical professionals provide high-quality care in the comfort of home.

Depending on your loved one’s needs and applicable state regulations, our caregivers can provide services such as:

In addition to skilled medical care, we also provide in-home companion care. Our companions are available whenever you need support—whether for a few hours each week or full-time care.

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional in-home care for every patient. If you’re unsure which services are best for your loved one, our team can help create a personalized care plan that fits your family’s specific needs and budget, because everyone deserves access to quality care.

Specialists in Elderly Companion Care

Helping seniors maintain their independence is one of our core values and a key reason Accessible Home Health Care was founded. We also understand the concern families may feel when a loved one is alone. That’s why our approach focuses on supporting health, happiness, and safety at home.

Companion Care (Home Care)
Companion care, often called home care, involves non-medical support designed to help individuals with everyday activities. These services may include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, simple organization tasks, and providing companionship. Non-medical caregivers focus on comfort and daily support but do not perform medical procedures.

Medical Care (Home Health Care)
Medical care, also known as home health care, involves skilled healthcare services provided by licensed medical professionals. These services may include treatments such as injections, IV therapy, physical therapy, and other medical support. Medical care can be provided on either a short-term basis during recovery or as long-term support for chronic illnesses or disabilities.

Our team of medical professionals may include:

  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

  • Registered Nurses (RN)

  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

  • Physical Therapists (PT)

  • Occupational Therapists (OT)

  • Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)

Our goal is to ensure every individual receives the level of care they need while remaining comfortable and supported in their own home.
